Challenge

The apartments of the Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Zürich ABZ are in high demand. Hundreds of applications are usually received for externally advertised apartments. This flood of applications has to be dealt with efficiency and as fairly as possible. At the same time, tenants often move internally due to occupancy guidelines and changing forms of household. Requests to move must be handled transparently and in accordance with the statutes and letting guidelines.

Our Solution

The rental solution from emonitor significantly reduced the administrative effort for the ABZ; it offers the greatest possible objectivity and overview of the applications. The digital relocation requests also accelerate the internal allocation of apartments to existing tenants. The ABZ is convinced of the application and therefore also uses it for the management and re-letting of its apartments.
