Use Case Tend AG | New building project «Wilmisberg» Lucerne

Challenge
The new construction project Wilmisberg in the Lucerne municipality of Root consists of 12 apartment buildings with a total of 59 condominiums and 71 rental flats. The time required for the sale of the condominiums is relatively high due to the many touchpoints. In order to sell the condominiums as efficiently as possible, Tend AG has decided to allocate them digitally for the first time thanks to melon.sale’s solution.
Our solution
Thanks to the automation of the process and the direct interface of the melon.sale application to Certifaction, interested parties were able to digitally sign a legally valid and binding purchase commitment within seconds, which had a significant impact on the transparency and efficiency of the entire sales process. Thus, it was possible for the marketing team of Tend AG to receive a signed purchase commitment for more than a third of the 59 condominiums within the first three days after the start of marketing.
