About The Project
You like it at first glance, the 30 rental apartments in the “UMSECK” project. During the detailed examination, they are even more convincing – with many arguments: Cleverly designed floor plans, spacious and open kitchen areas – partly connected to the living area – making you want to live there. The large windows ensure a lot of brightness and a lasting sense of wellbeing. All apartments have spacious balconies or terraces that invite you to linger.
The elegant oak parquet and the elegant, light gray / whitish kitchen with glass ceramic and work surfaces made of black granite are further highlights of the apartments in terms of aesthetics and practicality. Their bathrooms or wet rooms including toilets also know how to please with high-quality furnishings. A separate washing tower with washing machine and tumbler plus a cellar compartment are further significant advantages.
The “UMSECK” is also sustainable: the photovoltaic system installed on the roof produces solar power for personal use. The tenants are members of the ZEV, the association for personal consumption. They all benefit from cheap solar power.
The spacious, ventilated car park with daylight is also modern and environmentally friendly: some of the 31 spaces are equipped with a modern e-mobility charging station programmed for the respective tenant. The place has excellent connections to public transport. The bus stop is right in front of the house, from Olten and Trimbach there are regular train connections to neighboring communities and major cities in Switzerland.
