Our partners: Allthings – the tenant platform
In order to meet the various customer requirements for our rental application, interfaces between various external providers are necessary. In the course of our now almost 5 years of existence, we have already implemented a considerable number of such interfaces and initiated various projects with partners.
We would now like to introduce you to our various partners in a series of short articles. We start with the leading tenant platform Allthings.

Allthings | The tenant platform
Allthings is the leading digital tenant management platform. The company was founded in Basel in 2013 as a spin-off from ETH Zurich and has branches in Basel, Berlin and Freiburg. The use of the Allthings tenant platform ensures greater efficiency, value-adding services and an improved rental experience in real estate. All communication channels are bundled on one platform: regardless of whether it is an app, e-mail, telephone or web form. This leads to higher tenant satisfaction and is the key to time and cost savings in property management.¹
The interface between Allthings and the rental application melon from emonitor enables applicants who are recorded in the rental application melon from emonitor to be transferred to Allthings’ tenant management after the apartment has been allocated.
Both landlords and tenants benefit from the connection of allthings to the melon rental application.
Find out more about the cooperation between Allthings and emonitor in the corresponding blog post.
