Living in the upcoming new quarter

Between Allmendstrasse and Spulenweg in Zurich-Manegg, idyllically situated on the Sihl, attractive new rental apartments with different floor plans are being built in three stages. In the first stage, in the upper floors, apartments from 56 2½ to 3½ rooms are being built – ideal for singles and pairs – as well as a trade studio in the ground floor. The apartments and commercial studio can be occupied from 1 February 2020.
